Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding Service Desk, Cashiers, Baggers, and Cart Runners through daily operations. Oversee Guest Service activity, monitor compliance with procedures, and maintain department cleanliness. Support the team by directing guests, managing checkout lines, and providing timely overrides. Optimize scheduling based on sales and traffic, while ensuring staff coverage and adherence to labor laws. Track attendance using the GSR Shift Report and manage cart collection processes. Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
