Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding associates in daily operations. Oversee guest service activity, monitor compliance, and maintain department cleanliness. Support the team by managing checkout lines, providing timely overrides, and adjusting operations based on business needs. Maintain staffing levels by calling in additional members and ensuring labor law compliance for minor employees. Optimize schedules based on sales and traffic, communicate with shift managers, and manage lane flow. Track attendance using the GSR Shift Report and ensure cart availability through efficient collection processes. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
