Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by guiding associates in daily operations, utilizing leadership tools like evaluations and manuals to reinforce company culture. Oversee guest service activity, monitor compliance, and maintain department cleanliness. Support the team by managing checkout lines, directing guests, and adjusting operations based on sales and traffic. Optimize scheduling to ensure 100% productivity while maintaining staffing levels and enforcing labor laws for minor employees. Track attendance via shift reports and manage cart collection processes. Work varied hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as a part-time role within our Wisconsin grocer network.
