Guest Service Representative

Guest Service Representative needed at a Marina del Rey hotel to deliver friendly, personalized service at the front desk. Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing daily check-in/check-out procedures, handling reservations, assisting guests via phone and in person, communicating hotel rates and information, using upselling techniques, maintaining guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses, and processing cash and credit transactions accurately. Duties also cover operating PBX equipment, handling mail and messages, and supporting other team members and departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
