Job Summary
Help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure orders go off without a hitch while making everyone feel welcome. Create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. Assist with crafting cakes and grow your career through training. Maintain professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment with consistency and strong follow-through. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must be available for assigned shifts, including additional shifts during high-volume holiday weeks. Flexible schedules with at least 15+ hours of weekly availability are needed for this permanent, long-term role.
