Guest Service Representative

Conduct guest services by sweetening the bakery atmosphere, setting the mood, and ensuring every stop feels like an event. Act as a party planner to help guests order the correct cake for their celebrations and verify orders go off without a hitch. Create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy while making everyone feel welcomed. Work afternoon/evening shifts from 2:30pm-7:30pm during the week, with Saturday availability from 9:30am-6:30pm and Sunday from 10:30am-4:30pm, with a minimum of three days per week. Receive training on crafting cakes and career growth.
