Job Summary
Conduct guest services by helping customers order cakes for celebrations and ensuring orders complete without issues. Make everyone feel welcome while creating an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community. Assist with party planning and cake crafting training as part of a permanent, long-term team role. Weekend availability is required, with flexible schedules including Monday–Friday daytime and evening shifts, plus Saturday and Sunday coverage during peak holiday periods. This position offers opportunities to grow into a Shift Lead role within a casual, friend-focused bakery culture.
Required Qualifications
- Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through
- Professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to grow into increased responsibility, including the potential to move into a Shift Lead role
- A flexible schedule with a least 15+ hours of weekly availability
- Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high-volume weeks
- Weekend Availability is required
