Job Summary
Greet walk-in and phone guests with genuine warmth to determine interests, then educate them on cake distinctions, sizes, flavors, pricing, and promotions. Process orders accurately using the point-of-sale system while suggesting additional merchandise like balloons and candles. Maintain a clean bakery presentation by sweeping, mopping, and dusting surfaces, and replenish retail displays and cake cases. Assist the Crafter with cake decoration preparation and packaging supplies. Comply with all health, safety, and brand policies, including strict dress code and hygiene standards. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
