Job Summary
Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests when possible. Promote and sell hotel services/amenities and encourage future reservations. Handle cash and credit transactions, balance charges, and operate the property management system (PMS). Maintain professional communications with guests and colleagues; provide friendly, knowledgeable guest relations and problem-solving support. Uphold safety and security procedures, assist during overnight shifts, and coordinate with management as the Manager on Duty during late evening and early morning hours. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, perform basic physical tasks, and work a night shift; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, upselling opportunities, and maintaining a hospitable environment across front desk operations and related duties.
