Guest Service Representative / Night Audit

Front Desk Agent at Sonesta responsible for operating the front desk, handling check-in/check-out, registering guests, processing payments, issuing room keys, and providing information on hotel services. May assist with Night Audit, PBX and Concierge duties; upsell rooms to maximize revenue; maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures, and local offerings; ensure guest satisfaction with professional, courteous service; requires familiarity with Opera systems and Microsoft Office; must work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; education of a High School diploma or equivalent and prior hotel/customer service experience preferred.
