Job Summary
Guest Service Representative responsible for greeting guests, handling cash services (check cashing, credit card advances, gaming ticket cashing), and providing information on the Players Club and casino promotions. Acts as a salesperson for casino promotions, ensures accurate entry of customer account information, balances cash and maintains a neat window, delivers courteous and professional guest service, and assists guests and employees with concerns while adhering to gaming regulations and internal policies. Requires strong customer service, money handling, data entry (10-key), and teamwork skills; High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. Location: Newkirk, Oklahoma. Reports to Guest Service Lead. Non-Exempt.
