Guest Service Representative

Conduct check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and record guest charges including taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees. Serve as a resource for hotel amenities, loyalty rewards, and local attractions while answering calls, transferring guests, and coordinating wake-up requests. Process credit card authorizations, handle cash transactions, maintain logs, and complete shift paperwork or night audit documentation. Assist with laundry, cleaning common areas, stocking supplies, maintaining the coffee bar, and clearing snow and ice from entrances and sidewalks. Perform routine property walkthroughs of interior floors, stairwells, exterior doors, and outdoor lighting to ensure security. Deliver guest items, issue and track keys, and assist with room cleaning during high occupancy or staffing shortages.
