Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at Indie Campers depot in Bozeman. You will welcome guests, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, prepare and clean campervans, monitor maintenance, register guests, monitor stock, process payments, and handle complaints and emergencies, ensuring a high level of customer service and smooth depot operations. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to drive campervans as part of daily duties. Required Qualifications
- Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car desirable
- Great communication skills and aptitude for direct customer contact (mandatory)
- Eligible to work in the US, valid driver's license and ability to drive campervan (mandatory)
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays
