Job Summary
Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests; promote and sell hotel services/amenities; drive guest satisfaction and repeat business through recommendations for future reservations. Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and maintains effective communication with management. Requires proficiency with the property management system (PMS), cash handling, and upselling while upholding hospitality standards and ensuring guest issues are resolved professionally. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, and ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive service and operational support across front-office activities. Knowledge of reservations procedures, English communication, and the ability to balance accounts and collaborate with housekeeping and food/bev teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations type of industry preferred
