Job Summary
Greet guests in a friendly, positive manner, anticipate and meet their needs, and go one step further to ensure satisfaction. Sell the property according to Suburban Inns sales standards, collect leads, and prospect new business while communicating with the Sales Department. Handle guest concerns tactfully, provide information on policies and amenities, and respond to requests for assistance regarding dining and entertainment. Record special needs, requests, and unique occurrences in Quore, maintain a neat workspace, and perform property walk-arounds to address safety and security issues. Reconcile guest accounts, balance cash drawers, and follow shift checklists to ensure efficient hotel operations. Complete required emergency training and maintain open communication between all departments. Available for 2nd shift evenings and weekends, starting at $17/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Evenings and weekends availability required
- Minimum formal education of a high school diploma or equivalent related experience
- CPR Training
- Ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions
- Good communication skills
- Exhibit regular and recurrent attendance records
