Job Summary
Ensures a friendly environment for guests by providing administrative functions in the sales department, including managing guest interactions, phone handling, and various logs. Engages guests, maintains a clean environment, and produces daily reports. Collaborates with management, offers refreshments, and participates in training. Requires effective communication skills and customer service experience, along with the ability to follow company policies and demonstrate core values.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Valid Driver’s License
- Automobile Salesperson License
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to learn Dealership Management System and web based applications utilized in operations
