Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at Hampton Inn Holland (Part-Time, 2nd shift). Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing sales-focused guest service, collecting leads, handling guest data and payments, communicating policies, following shift checklists, coordinating with departments, maintaining a professional front desk area, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Requires basic arithmetic, data entry, and strong communication skills; prior hospitality experience and knowledge of Hilton/Suburban Inns standards are helpful. Training may be provided for emergency procedures and CPR.
