Job Summary
Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide honest advice on pet care and nutrition while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Serve customers by identifying their immediate needs, offering product information, and ensuring shelves are stocked and price tags are accurate. Assist co-workers on projects and complete routine system tasks to maintain inventory efficiency. Interact with guests and their pets, including handing out treats, while upholding a positive attitude and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
