Guest Service Representative (Full Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding associates in daily operations while utilizing leadership tools for evaluations and coaching. Oversee guest service activity, monitor team compliance, and maintain department cleanliness. Support checkout lanes by managing line flow, opening additional lanes, and providing timely overrides. Optimize scheduling based on sales and traffic to ensure productivity remains at 100%. Track attendance and document absences using the GSR Shift Report. Ensure compliance with labor laws for minor employees regarding breaks and clock-out times. Manage cart availability through efficient collection and running processes. Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability
