Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative provides exceptional guest service at Taliesin West, greeting guests, assisting with the audio tour experience, and serving as a host in indoor locations to answer questions. Primary duties include check-in with advanced reservations, selling walk-in tour tickets and memberships, handling inquiries by phone and email, and guiding guests through exhibitions and programs. The role supports the Kiosk and Call Center, participates in special events via Ask Me Stations, and ensures guest safety and accurate knowledge of walking tours, architecture, and the Foundation’s history. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 6 months of related customer service experience; strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Schedule flexibility is required for 20-25 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical demands include standing and working in desert conditions. Preference given to candidates with experience in communications, museum studies, public speaking, retail or call center environments, and familiarity with technology and Microsoft Office/Altru.
