Job Summary

Greet and assist guests at the hotel front desk; handle check-in/check-out, register guests, verify reservations, and secure payment information. Book hotel reservations, answer calls, route messages, and promote the brand loyalty program. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, resolve service or accommodation issues (escalating as needed), and manage cash drawer and transactional records. Maintain records for registrations, reservations, and property walks; process market and retail transactions; assist with mail and guest information about hotel facilities and local attractions; maintain inventory and handle confidential guest information. Requires high school diploma or GED, strong English skills, front desk knowledge, basic computer proficiency, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or GED required
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
