Job Summary
Greet and register guests, assign rooms, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests; promote and sell hotel services/amenities and encourage future reservations; act as Manager on Duty when needed; coordinate front office operations, communicate with management, and ensure accurate PMS usage, billing, and cash handling; assist in other departments (F&B, housekeeping) as needed; maintain a hospitable, professional lobby and public areas; follow safety procedures and emergency protocols; requires physical presence at the hotel and ability to stand for long periods, with potential weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- pass appropriate security clearances
- Proficient in written and verbal English
