Job Summary
Manage high-volume phone calls with a professional demeanor while applying strict phone etiquette to support sales and dispatch operations. Utilize computers with excellent typing skills and GSuite proficiency to perform daily tasks, organizing and managing duties with a detail-oriented approach. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members, following directives accurately whether working independently or as part of a team. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
Required Qualifications
