Job Summary
Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay with a guest-first mindset. Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, deliver quality meals, and share local area highlights. Move about the main areas of the hotel to take ownership of the guest experience, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Create a safe workplace by following all company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- Guest Experience Specialists will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
- Guest Experience Specialists will be taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping)
- Guest Experience Specialists will be creating a safe work place
- Guest Experience Specialists will be following company policies and procedures
- Guest Experience Specialists will be maintaining confidentiality
