Job Summary
The Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests. Key duties include assisting guests with excellent cashier and customer service, following recipes and procedures to ensure product quality, and collaborating effectively with team members and management. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and are encouraged to be comfortable with technology. Flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential.
Required Qualifications
