Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at Hampton Inn Buffalo/Williamsville responsible for greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out via the property management system, handling cash and credit card transactions, identifying guest needs and providing information on hotel services and amenities, responding to guest requests promptly, taking reservations, and updating/cancelling reservations in the system. Typical schedule includes morning (7 AM–3 PM), evening (3 PM–11 PM), and weekend availability.
