Job Summary
Greet guests as they enter the arena and maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment throughout the event. Assist guests with disabilities, including providing wheelchair escorts, and operate ticket scanners to verify credentials. Provide accurate directions to facility areas, operate elevators and escalators safely, and document incidents for supervisors. Work outdoors and adhere to grooming and uniform standards while delivering consistent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Evening and weekend availability is required, with report times typically beginning at 4:30pm on weekdays.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Available to work evening and weekend hours
- Report time typically begin at 4:30pm on weekdays and can be any time on Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hours
- Punctual and able to comply with attendance standards
- Willing and able to comply with all grooming and uniform standards
- Extreme hair color, extreme facial piercings, and facial or offensive tattoos are not allowed
- Ability to sit or walk up to 2/3 of the work shift
- Ability to use their hands, stoop, kneel or reach with their hands up to 1/3 of the work shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds up to 2/3 of the work shift
