Job Summary
Guest Services Representative for arena environment. Part-time role with evening and weekend availability. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with tickets and credentials, operating ticket scanners, providing directions, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment. Must be 16+ and able to stand/walk 5 hours, comply with grooming/uniform standards, and perform duties outdoors. Previous experience in customer service and teamwork is beneficial; duties also cover incident documentation and assisting guests with disabilities (e.g., wheelchair escort). Hourly pay starts at $17.50 with potential $0.50 increase after 30 events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be available to work evening and weekend hours
- Report time typically begin at 4:30pm on weekdays and can be any time on Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 5 hours
- Must be punctual and able to comply with attendance standards
- Must be willing and able to comply with all grooming and uniform standards
- Average work hours will not exceed 1000 hours per calendar year
- The individual may be required to sit or walk up to 2/3 of the work shift
- The individual may also be required to use their hands, stoop, kneel or reach with their hands up to 1/3 of the work shift
- The individual may also be required to lift up to 10 pounds up to 2/3 of the work shift
