Job Summary
The Guest Service Representative will assist our guests with reservations, checking in and out of the hotel, and informing players of new promotions. Essential duties include registering guests, assigning rooms, maintaining guest and player accounts, signing up new members, coupon redemption, awarding comps, describing membership benefits, greeting guests, issuing room keys, blocking rooms for groups/VIPs, responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction, assisting with casino events and promotions, and handling a cash bank. Requires strong customer service, communication in English, basic math, and familiarity with the LMS system and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in a front desk or players’ club role in a similarly sized property strongly preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
- Knowledge of the Property Management System LMS strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office skills required
