Job Summary
Serve guests at the front of the house with a positive attitude and passion for community service. Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Clean as you go, stay organized, and communicate effectively to handle public interactions. Perform physical duties including standing and walking 100% of the time, lifting up to 50 lbs, and carrying items to and from the kitchen. Maintain a team-oriented approach within our family culture built on honesty, respect, and commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server, Host, Busser, or Server Assistant
- Passion to serve the guest
- Committed to teamwork
- Possess a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Respect the adherence to health, safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to clean as you go and stay organized
- Ability to bend, lift, reach, and turn
- Ability to transport items and containers weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand up to eight hours or longer
- Ability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds to shoulder level
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds for short distances
- Ability to handle constant exposure to heat
- Ability to bend and reach from under the counter (5 inches above the ground) to 6 feet above the ground with at least one arm
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools
- Dexterity required for handling food items and dishes
- Effective communication skills to deal with public
