Job Summary
Oversee dining room service staff and ensure adherence to all Southern Kitchen and Bar service standards while managing high-volume business. Handle catering, to-go execution, and delivery operations. Direct performance management for servers and support staff to foster loyal customers and acknowledge repeat guests. Maintain operational guidelines and ensure store profitability. Requires standing for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and valid Serve Safe certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- 3 years' experience in front of house service environment as service or management personnel
- positive, proactive, constructive teamwork attitude
- excellent basic math skills
- ability to operate a POS system
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all managers, employees, guests and purveyors at all business volume levels
- working knowledge of the English language
- ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to move and process information quickly
- proof of current Serve Safe Certification
