Job Summary
Guest Service Manager responsible for leading a team, scheduling, training, payroll, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment at Aqua Tots Swim Schools Grand Rapids. The role requires 2 years of management experience, ability to manage and lead staff, scheduling across a 4-day weekday window plus one weekend day, and coordinating with General Manager and Aquatics Manager to maintain a positive work environment.
