Job Summary
Lead a 50-100 person guest-service team in a high-volume restaurant, driving guest experience, talent development and quarterly strategic planning. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching and retaining a high-performing team, managing budgets and forecasts, and supporting new restaurant openings across Canada and the US while upholding standards of product, profit, environment and experience. Must foster a culture of integrity, teamwork and guest-focused service; the role offers mentorship, tip-program participation, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in team leadership
- Proven ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing team
