Guest Service Host

Guest Service Host serves as the first point of contact for guests and vendors in our gaming cafés, delivering exceptional service and prioritizing guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs, knowledge of VGT machines and features, promoting marketing initiatives, documenting guest activity, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, handling cash transactions and tips, verifying IDs to prohibit underage alcohol or gambling, supporting regulatory inspections, preparing and serving food and beverages, recording temperatures, completing required certifications within 30 days of hire, and collaborating with team members to meet store standards and regulatory requirements.
