Job Summary

Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and current stays by completing check-in processes, updating systems, and providing resources regarding facilities and program schedules. Respond to inquiries and concerns during the guest's stay, researching issues and facilitating resolutions with appropriate staff. Process payments accurately, book and manage reservations including Healing Arts appointments, and maintain financial records with 100% compliance. Greet guests warmly, answer phone and in-person inquiries about onsite programming, and ensure the work area remains clean, safe, and fully stocked. Work opening or closing shifts, weekends, and holidays while adhering to all Guest Services policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Math and money handling skills
  • Must be available to work either an opening or closing shift, weekends, and some holidays
