Job Summary
Guest Service Expert / Waitress responsibilities include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure a memorable dining experience. Tasks include reading and verifying menu information, assisting with the overall guest experience, and performing physical duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, uphold safety standards, and ensure quality service to guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
