Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and clean work areas to ensure a memorable dining experience. Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information while maintaining professional appearance and communications. Uphold quality standards, follow company policies, and create a safe workplace by moving over sloping or slippery surfaces. Perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead, and bending or twisting as needed. Complete these duties while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
