Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests, and clean work areas to ensure memorable dining experiences. Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information while maintaining professional appearance and communications. Uphold quality standards, follow company policies, and create a safe workplace by moving over sloping or uneven surfaces. Perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance, reaching overhead and below the knees. Execute these duties while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, including bending, twisting, and stooping.
