Job Summary
Guest Service Expert delivers guest-focused service in Marriott’s dining environment, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas. Responsible for managing the menu information (read and verify visually) and performing tasks to ensure guests have a memorable experience. Requires the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and to move objects; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; overhead and knee-level reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and placing objects. Emphasis on safety, professional appearance, adherence to policies, and maintaining a clean, efficient service area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Less than 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- License or Certification: None
