Job Summary
Greeting customers and assisting with admissions and gift-shop purchases; rotating to support multiple departments including Guest Services and Events; handle cash register, process admissions and sales, and assist with memberships; provide friendly, professional service and answer questions; assist with training of new part-time staff; perform data entry, and support café operations as needed; available to work weekends and evenings; opportunity to be scheduled in any department for seasonal needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in the field of retail preferred.
- Must obtain RAMP certification and Food Safety Handler certification within 30 days (Phipps covers the cost).
