Job Summary
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, offer product information, and resolve complaints in person, by phone, or electronically. Process transactions accurately, maintain cash and media at the Service Counter, and manage tasks including cashier tills distribution and services such as DMV, Lottery, and ticket sales. Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers while recording inquiry details, and direct unresolved issues to appropriate resources. Ensure quality standards are met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm, and distribute cashier tills to partners throughout the day. Maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice for occasional absences. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ is required
- Minimum availability must include 16 hours a week with a minimum of 8 hours per day during available days
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Walk in the store
- Bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Lifting
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
