Guest Service Attendant

Oversee cleaning and tidying of changing rooms, pool areas, common spaces, and fitness zones while ensuring equipment is functional and properly stored. Maintain locker room hygiene, refill amenities and towels, and participate in weekly or biweekly deep cleaning. Monitor inventory of towels and pool furniture, sort dirty linen for laundry, and manage CRM tickets via the WASL SAP PORTAL. Address guest complaints professionally and coordinate with Reception, Lifeguards, and fitness staff as needed. Perform tasks according to checklists and support club events when required. Maintain a positive attitude, uphold grooming standards, and comply with information security policies.
