Job Summary
Assist with clubhouse upkeep, cart storage, and parking lot maintenance while preparing golf carts for play per Troon standards. Provide courteous service to guests through bag handling, club cleaning, and educating players on course and cart policies. Manage practice facility duties including setting up range equipment, maintaining ball inventory, and directing start of play. Maintain accurate records for club rentals and service customers upon return. Welcome members and guests upon arrival, assist with valet, and retrieve golf bags. Clean rental clubs, change player spikes, and uphold safe work practices throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- One-month related experience or training
- Minimum 1 year experience at a private golf club of similar size with similar service expectations
- Hospitality or service industry experience required
- Regular and reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidate should be career focused within the golf industry
- Future PGA Class A and Associates preferred
