Job Summary
Prepare and clean golf carts, maintain range presentation and ball inventory, and manage the cart staging and washdown areas. Provide courteous service including bag handling, club cleaning, and rental club services while maintaining accurate records. Direct start of play by educating players on course and cart policies, assist with tournament setups, and support clubhouse and parking lot upkeep. Complete daily project lists and incorporate safe work practices. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and willingness to work in wet conditions. Seasonal role lasting six months or less at Kenton County Golf Course.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
- Less than high school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Regularly works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather)
- Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, or toxic or caustic chemicals
- Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
