Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing outstanding service by ensuring a positive customer experience according to company guidelines. Key duties include greeting guests, preparing DipSide items, operating the point of sale system, stocking merchandise, maintaining store security, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization. Essential skills include effective communication in English, ability to manage cash and transactions accurately, and physical capability to handle merchandise handling and temperature variances.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions, coupons and food stamps
- Ability to recognize numbers and complete required records
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate low and high temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place a package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet.
