Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers provides excellent customer service following the Hi Five Guest Experience, ensures efficient store operations during their shift, prepares ice cream and related products, manages cash and POS transactions, maintains store presentation and cleanliness, and follows security protocols. Key responsibilities also include stocking merchandise, reporting, and performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old to work.
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively.
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and check identification documents.
- Ability to understand and operate store equipment instructions.
- Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and make change accurately.
- Ability to count and do basic arithmetic for record-keeping.
- Ability to move merchandise for proper display.
- Ability to clean surfaces and store equipment.
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures.
- Ability to lift prescribed weight from floor level to specified height.
