Job Summary
Guest Service Associate at United Dairy Farmers (Store 225) provides the Hi Five Guest Experience, greets guests, handles dip-side items, operates the POS and gas console, stocks merchandise, maintains cleanliness and safety, processes transactions, and completes time records. Requires part-time availability (up to 25 hours/week) with 1st–3rd shift options, ability to communicate in English, cash handling skills, ability to lift up to 21 pounds, and the ability to work in a retail store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise and lift 10 pounds
- Ability to tolerate temperatures when working in a cold environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Minimum age 16 years old
