Job Summary
Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service following the Hi Five Guest Experience. Duties include preparing menu items, operating the POS and gas console, stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and managing transactions. The role requires effective communication, the ability to operate equipment, and physical capability to manage merchandise and temperatures. This is a part-time position requiring flexible shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand and operate all store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle transactions and make change accurately
- Ability to count and do arithmetic well
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves
- Ability to clean counters and surfaces
- Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place an 8" x 10" x 10" package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet
