Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate at United Dairy Farmers is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by following the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience, which includes greeting guests, preparing food items, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization. Essential functions include operating the point of sale system, stocking merchandise, ensuring security by monitoring guests, and completing accurate time records. This role requires skills in communication, arithmetic, and the ability to handle various store tasks including food preparation and cleaning.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count, and perform arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place an 8” x 10” x 10” package weighing 21 pounds into a dip cabinet
