Job Summary
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for delivering outstanding service at United Dairy Farmers, ensuring a warm greeting and a satisfaction-focused experience for each guest. Essential duties include preparing food items, operating the Point of Sale system, stocking merchandise, maintaining store security, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the store environment. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication skills, be at least 16 years old, and meet various physical and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves/displays/freezers
- Ability to clean surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor to height of 5 feet
- Ability to place 21-pound package into a dip cabinet
